Job Description
Designation: Admissions Counsellor – International Sales
Location: Marol Naka, Mumbai
Work Model: Work from Office – 6 days a week (Full-time, no WFH)
Compensation: ₹6 – 9 LPA
Experience: 2–5 years (International Sales / B2C / B2B) or customer service
Role Highlights
- Handle international student enquiries & counsel learners
- Pitch programs & manage the complete sales cycle (calls → demos → closures)
- Achieve weekly enrollment & revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in International Sales (EdTech preferred)
- Understanding of global student expectations & behavior
- Target-driven & strong rapport-building skills
- Basic MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
- The role involves:
• Full-time office presence
• Long desk-based working hours
• Frequent video counselling calls (clear verbal communication is mandatory)
• Independent movement within the office premises
Shift Timings
• EMEA: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• US & NA: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
