Job Description
Role- Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets and manage distributor network
- Plan and implement sales activities
- Support Regional Sales Manager in sales forecasting
- Guide Business Development Executives/Officers
- Conduct audits and ensure visibility norms
- Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams
- Lead and motivate sales team
- Identify new business opportunities
- Track competition activities
Requirements:
- MBA in Sales and Marketing (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in managing general trade
- Excellent MS-Office and English language skills
