Key Responsibilities:
• Sector and Industry Mapping
• Business development for target sectors / clients across public and private market deals.
• Preparation of necessary pitch books & presenting to clients, developing the positioning & building deal theses.
• Building relationships with key players and decision makers in the sector
• Tracking key developments in the Sector & Target Companies
• Interaction with Research / IBD Product / Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions
• Responsible to overview the due diligence, analysis and documentation of live transactions
• Maintain databases and case studies of transactions in the relevant sector/product Relevant Skills,
Knowledge and Experience:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
• Self-driven with ability to work long hours under tight deadlines with very high attention to detail
• Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events
• Well versed with key Financial and Analytical skills, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Familiarity with Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters
• Organize work, manage multiple projects, coordinate with different people, meet deadlines • Attention to detail and process discipline
• Drive things for a successful closure
• Positive attitude, Ability to listen, learn and understand
• Ability to articulate complexes in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
Experience:
The candidate must have 1-3 years of relevant experience in IB - Coverage. Awareness of the Indian capital markets and strong experience in financial modeling, preparation of deal collaterals and pitchbook.
Qualification: MBA in Finance, additional CA/CFA is a plus

Location: Worli, Mumbai
Salary : AS per the industry 20 to 30 % hike
