Job Title: Associate Manager Finance

Objective: This position is responsible for execution of various finance and accounting activities in an accurate, and orderly manner.

Job Purpose: The job profile calls for ensuring smooth accounting and finance operations at factory in order to ensure efficient functioning of business operations while ensuring implementation of, and compliance with, the company’s internal policies / guidelines including related statutes.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Ensure correct processing of accounting transaction on SAP ERP

2. Ensuring compliance to laid down SOPs, polices, guidelines (CASP / DASP / Corporate Governance)

3. In-depth understanding of various cost heads and relationship of activity and correct allocation into various cost centers / cost heads

4. Preparation of audit schedules Accounts Payable, Inventory related reconciliation, Provision for Expenses, Payables, Analysis of expense

5. Assisting the Finance Superintendent / Reporting Manager in compliance to laid down SOPs, polices, guidelines (CASP / DASP / Corporate Governance)

6. Assisting the Finance Superintendent / Reporting Manager in maintaining the hygiene of the books

7. Assist in resolution of vendor disputes and vendor account reconciliation

8. Timely processing of Vendor bill payments

9. Ensuring GST compliances by the vendor

10. Accounting for inter-divisional transactions

11. Preparation of MIS reports

12. Creation of Purchase orders

13. Creation of documentation w.r.t. Scrap Sales

14. Explaining accounting transactions to Statutory Auditors

 Role Requirement:

Education: B.Com (mandatory) ; M.Com would be an additional advantage

• Flair for systems design and implementation
• Eye for detail and comfort with numbers
• Ability to work under me pressure and deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team

 Knowledge & Skills:

• Good knowledge of accounting and costing standards under Ind-AS
• High degree of computer skills and data orientation - knowledge on SAP operations FI, MM, good Excel skills
• Working knowledge of GST law / TDS regulations for various kinds of payments such as Advances, Contractor payments, agency commissions, capex, payment to foreign consultants etc.
• Good Communication skills
• Negotiation skills
