Job Description

Role: Associate – Student Success
Budget: Up to 5 LPA
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
Function: Delivery

Role Overview:
We are looking for a candidate to handle learner queries via voice calls. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Experience with ticketing platforms like Freshdesk and Salesforce will be preferred. Candidate should be customer-centric and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound email & voice support for learners
• Resolve learner queries with empathy and solution-oriented approach
• Escalate complaints to relevant internal teams when required
• Build trust-based relationships through professional communication
• Provide accurate information using tools and internal systems
• Meet targets related to calls and ticket resolution
• Ensure timely follow-up until query closure
• Adhere to SLAs and company policies

Skill Set Requirements: 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  •  Team player with the ability to perform in a dynamic and high-pressure environment. 
  •  Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
  •  Ability to adapt to constant process and operational changes. 
  •  Commitment to TAT-based closures and learner satisfaction. 

 

Preferred Tools Exposure: 

  •  Ticketing platforms: Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc. 
  •    Calling tools: Tata Cloud, Ameyo, or Smartflo.
