Back Office Support

Job Scope

Purpose of this role: Responsible for Support / Back Office activities for Sales & Marketing at Branch / Regional Level

Main Responsibility
1. Responsible for Sales Support / back office work for Sales & Marketing Channel.
2. One point of contact to support Sales & Marketing team.
3. Responsible for maintaining Business MIS of Sales & Marketing Channel.
4. Responsible for maintaining the performance MIS of Sales Associates / FLS / TL of Sales & Marketing Channel
5. Responsible for timely release of the all the defined report to HOD/ stake holders. Such as Incentive, Productivity, Branch/ Zone Performance, Topline & Bottom-line and etc.
6. Coordinating with the internal team members & Other critical dept for smooth functioning of Sales & Marketing
activities.

Qualification and Experience Requirement

Education :
Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience :
Min 1 year experience in similar role OR FRESHER ( With below functional skills)
Candidates from financial and insurance sector will be preferred. Age less than 35.

Language & Communication Skills
• Good Command of English, Hindi

Technical Skills
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Still, a basic understanding of Access,
Share drive, Outlook
