Summary:
As a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist at Godrej Properties, you will be a key player in executing D&I strategies and interventions at the zone level.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the central D&I team to implement and customize D&I strategies and interventions at the zonal level and ensure seamless execution.
Talent Sourcing Support and Inclusive Onboarding: [25%]
Partner with the Zonal Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract diverse candidates, particularly from LGBTQ and PWD communities.
Execute an inclusive onboarding process for new hires, ensuring sensitivity and awareness.
Conduct monthly training sessions for all new employees on sensitization and awareness programs.
Program Management: [25%]
Oversee the execution of internship programs such as the Pride Internship and Internship for PwD in the respective zone.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for interns and actively engage with them throughout their internship tenure tracking the milestones during their internship journey with the aim to have maximum conversion to full time employees.
Responsible for the smooth execution of other D&I programs and initiatives such as Mentorship program, Accessibility Initiatives and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) example – 1 to 1 Parental Support & Gender Transition Support.
Collaborate with campus team for program and campus cohort management for batches of Acer (Graduate Learning Program), Business Leadership Program (BLP) - Gallop and Gurukul (B-School Summer Internship)
HR Business Partnering for Focus Cohorts: [25%]
Function as an HR Business Partner for focus cohorts, providing support and addressing their specific needs with the required sensitivity.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through regular interactions and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Engagement for Focus Cohorts: [25%]
Plan and execute celebrations and awareness initiatives for focus cohorts, including International Women's Day, Pride Month, Transgender Awareness Week, International Day for Awareness of PwD, etc.
Act as a key support for the Zonal chapters of the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) focused on diversity and inclusion.
Collaborate with ERGs in organizing events, workshops, and initiatives.
Education:
· Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA or Psychology
Experience:
· Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Centre of Excellence and Diversity and Inclusion roles
Skills:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
