Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pet care facility. The ideal candidate would have experience working with pets (owning or caring for them) and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the facility, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and pet welfare.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee inventory management for pet supplies and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and repair teams.
• Maintain compliance with operational SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Genuine love for animals and patience to work with them.
Previous experience in facility management or operations (pet care experience preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Attendance management
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Compassion and patience when handling animals and clients.

Work Schedule
Timings: 9 am - 6 pm  which can vary based on work requirements.
Working Days: 6 days a week, post probation 5 days a week
Week Off: Rotational (weekend offs not guaranteed, based on company requirements)
