Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive trainee to manage key customer accounts, ensure timely collections, and maintain clean account reconciliations. The role demands effective stakeholder coordination and proficiency in SAP and MS Excel to support end-to-end AR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned customer accounts , ensuring accurate and up-to-date ledgers.
Track incoming payments, reconcile accounts receivable, and flag overdue for timely resolution.
Process claims, apply trade discounts, and maintain customer ledgers as per contractual terms.
Utilize SAP for recording payments, processing deductions, and reconciling customer accounts.
Collaborate with OT/MT Heads and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and improve collection efficiency.
Support monthly/quarterly reporting and data analysis to provide insights for business decisions.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to process improvements in AR operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or MBA.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing Accounts Receivable (AR) role with exposure to:
o Basic accounting principles
o Cash application, customer ledger reconciliation
o Collections and revenue cycle management
o Cross-functional coordination with customers and sales
Hands-on experience using SAP for payment processing, claim management, and account reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
