About the Role:
This role is pivotal in supporting seamless financial operations for our Africa markets. The trainee will be responsible for ensuring the accurate application of Direct and Indirect Tax deductions in compliance with both Indian and African regulations. The role also involves managing vendor invoicing, reconciliation, and balance confirmation processes using SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate application of tax deductions (Direct & Indirect) as per relevant Indian and African statutory guidelines
• Manage vendor invoicing processes, including validation, entry, and follow-ups using SAP
• Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure timely balance confirmations
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders across geographies to resolve queries and ensure smooth financial operations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of taxation rules and their practical implications

What We’re Looking For:

• B.com/M.com/MBA
• 1-2 years of experience in finance operations
• Working knowledge of TDS and GST for processing invoices
• Proficiency in SAP HANA (FI module) and MS Excel working knowledge
