Internship Role: HR Operations Intern - Employee Lifecycle (ELC)
Location: Hyderabad, India
Duration: 3 Months
Reporting to: Manager/Assistant Manager - HR Operations
Role Overview
As an HR Operations Intern, you will support the Employee Lifecycle (ELC) team in maintaining accurate employee data and assisting with key HR processes. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR systems, data management, and interdepartmental collaboration. You'll gain exposure to core HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, absence tracking, and position management.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Support & Accuracy
-Assist in updating employee records in HR systems.
-Help with data audits and corrections under supervision.
-Learn and follow data privacy and accuracy standards.
2. Position & Employee Lifecycle Support
-Support the creation and update of position data.
-Help track employee movements and changes (e.g., probation confirmations, contract updates).
3. Offboarding & Absence Tracking
-Assist in coordinating offboarding activities.
-Help maintain absence records and update leave calendars
4. Collaboration & Queries
-Work with HR and payroll teams to resolve basic data discrepancies.
-Respond to simple employee queries with guidance from the team.
5.Process Learning & Improvement
-Observe and suggest ideas for improving HR processes.
-Participate in team discussions and HR system improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
-Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
-Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
-Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment
