HR operations

We're looking for a Masters graduate ( MBA, MBA - HR, Masters in Communications similar profile) grad who has worked in HR preferably as part of L&D or Diversity teams for about 2-3 years.

The work is to
- Conceptualize and organize events and training in coordination with the Diversity and L&D leads
- Promote events/trainings actively through messages on slack channels (internal whatsapp)
- Call and follow up with speakers and attendees to drive attendance at events/trainings
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Admin, Facilities and Travel to make travel arrangements where necessary for speakers and participants. (work will largely be through phone calls and slack messages, few meetings expected)

Candidate must have

1) high energy and enthusiasm
2) positive attitude and outlook
3) clear communication skills - written and oral
4) passion for learning about and making the workplace more diverse
5) strong organizing skills - would prefer candidates who have organized community-oriented activities in college such as college fests etc.
6) Must be willing to come into office in Gurugram 4 days / week - would prefer candidates from Gurugram itself

• CTC upto 8L INR depending on experience. 

We're also looking for master's level interns with 30-40K INR stipend for the summer.
