Job Description – HR Support Role
Location: Bangalore

Educational Qualification: Diploma / Graduate / Master
Role Overview:
We are looking for a candidate to support the HR team in day-to-day coordination and administrative activities. The role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations and coordination activities
- Maintain and update employee/candidate records
- Coordinate with candidates over calls and emails
- Assist in interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Handle basic documentation and data entry tasks
- Support the team with administrative activities
- Maintain professional communication with internal stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email communication)
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
