Job Description
Role and Responsibility :
Monitor and review departmental budgets related to creative and content development.
Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines in all content created in-house, through external vendors, and across events, campaigns, and locations.
Develop and manage an in-house production house for photography, audio recording/editing, and video production to support internal communication campaigns.
Drive cost savings by leading creative content development internally for communications and events.
Enhance the effectiveness of internal communications to clearly deliver company messaging to employees.
Build AI-driven creative and video production capabilities; increase familiarity and integration of AI tools in daily workflows.
Candidate Must Have :
At least two years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or related creative roles.
Strong understanding of brand guidelines and experience ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in photo, audio, and video content creation and editing.
Familiarity with AI-enhanced creative tools and eagerness to integrate new technologies into workflows.
Good project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective creative solutions.
Additional certifications in video editing, photography, or AI-based creative tools are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic
