CTC upto - 7 LPA

Job Description -
Identify new prospective corporate clients for business acquisition and timely engagement for conversion
· Engagement with the existing corporate customer base for proper servicing, Cross Sell & Retention
· Meeting corporate Brokers along with the specific team for presentation and business discussion
· Internal Discussion with Underwriters and risk engineers to plan the way forward for business growth in their LOBs
· Engage with the Operations to deliver a timely and productive servicing to the corporate clients
· Ensure familiarization of the company’s products, policies and sales processes to the corporate brokers / clients (whenever required)
· Identify, communicate and agree on the premium targets with brokers on various class of business & product segments
· Maximize mobilization through regular follow-ups & strengthening of relationships with brokers
· Troubleshooting with
Underwriting team for policy approval
Branch operations team for policy issuance
Claims team for claims settlement
