Job Description
Role Purpose:
The role holder acts as a key link between Marketing, Finance, and external vendors to drive effective tracking and governance of marketing budgets. Ensures budget compliance and timely reporting. Also manages Marketing Director’s calendar and oversees a team of 3-P contractors who are responsible for artwork, packaging and vendor PO processing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Budget Management
- Ensure monthly and quarterly alignment with Finance and Marketing teams
- Serve as single point of contact to drive consistent and aligned budget management
• Governance & Compliance
- Drive adherence to internal financial processes and timelines
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, estimates, and accruals with strong attention to detail
• Data Integrity & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and real-time budget trackers, reports for business reviews
- Flag potential overspends or underspends proactively
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in budget management
- Prior exposure to marketing finance/business partnering is good to have
- Attention to detail and process orientation
- Strong stakeholder management
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good MS Excel and system knowledge
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure in dynamic, high-paced environments
