Operations analyst

Job Title: Operations Analyst
About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support our UK-based operations from Bangalore. As an individual contributor, you'll work closely with various stakeholders, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with stakeholders and manage queries
2. Meet quality benchmarks and deadlines
3. Assist with ad-hoc projects and identify areas for improvement
4. Prepare reports (monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date)
5. Track and analyze data (e.g., leave reports, employee records)
6. Maintain accurate records

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (preferably BCom), No PGs allowed. 
2. 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field
3. Proficiency in:
   - Microsoft Excel
   - Databases
   - Dashboards and MI reports
   - Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Good communication and relationship-building skills
