About the role:
A dynamic Technical Project Manager who is willing to take on the responsibility to drive technical deliveries based on business requirements. PM would need to groom, direct the team and also be to have hands on technical involvement in project deliveries.

What you’ll do:
1. Take full technical ownership of various .NET projects / programs
2. Technically manage a team of 10-15 people
3. Design and architect complex, scalable web applications
4. Manage development & support of application(s)
5. Implement technical and process improvements within the team there by improving team productivity
6. Technical design, mentoring and implementation of best practices and processes
7. Ability to develop and code business applications, multi-tiered web applications
8. Good understanding of SDLC (estimations, requirement gathering, project governance, reporting, team management)
9. Ensure team efficiency by mentoring them technically
10. Troubleshoot production issues and provide temporary and permanent solutions
11. Good understanding of code review & secure coding tools
12. Demonstrated critical thinking and top-notch problem-solving skills
13. Good experience implementing Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment practices
14. People-oriented and results-driven person
15. Strong experience working in all project life-cycles, in team
16. Ability to mentor development staff while implementing best practices and improving the development processes
17. Responsible, quick learner, innovative
18. Effective communicator towards managing business stakeholders at various levels
19. Should be good in vendor management
Very good knowledge of OOP and OOD, design patterns, n-tier applications, distributed applications

What you’ll need:

Experience –
Overall: 5-8 yrs. experience
Hands on to Dot NET Core, MVC, Webforms programming
Hands on to PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL programming experience
General Insurance Domain 3+ Years

(Mention educational qualification, experience, skill sets & desired skills, if any)
Any Graduate with good academic record

Technical Skill: ASP .Net, .Net Core, MVC Framework, Microservices architecture, Entity Framework, API Gateways, Visual Studio ,TFS, ASP .Net, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle PL/SQL
