REGIONAL FINANCE GOVERNANCE MANAGER

Job Description -
Monitor and steer the Regional Finance Organization (Shared Service provider & Countries) to ensure: Compliance with Global standard Processes. Supporting teams to adopt standard process. Monitor and drive operational performance (compliance & efficiency KPI’s for accounting and digitization…) Support in timely and efficient closing process as a regional key user and correct reporting of Financial results as per IFRS Actively interface with Shared Service Center and local finance organization to resolve financial queries and ensure improved operation Development of Financial processes and achieve process optimizations Support and contribute to Global Finance project’s rollouts into the Region (Kick off, testing, coordination, Go live and hypercare). Drive process standardization … e.g. local specificities, drive exception into defined standard process, …)

Eligibility Criteria - 

Education:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry (preferably in Consumer Goods).

Strong background in Accounting and Financial Controlling.

Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO modules).

Proven involvement in international finance projects and/or working with Shared Service Providers.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of IFRS and financial process flows: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Record to Report (R2R).

Proficiency in financial systems and performance measurement.

Soft Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills and high personal integrity.

Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Ability to lead, influence, and deliver results under pressure.

Excellent stakeholder and team management abilities, especially in cross-cultural and global environments.

Language:

Fluent in written and spoken English.
