Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai


Role Description
A Sales manager (Assets & Liability Products) manages telephonic campaigns to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. The role focuses on selling retail loan products (Assets) and mobilizing low-cost deposits (Liabilities) to meet assigned financial targets.

Your key responsibilitie
1)Sales & Business Development
 Outbound Prospecting: Call potential customers from provided databases to pitch banking products.
 Asset Sales: Market and sell Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Working Capital.
 Liability Mobilization: Source new Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Term Deposits.
2)Customer Engagement & Support
 Lead Nurturing: Follow up on digital leads, website inquiries, and dropped application funnels.
 Product Guidance: Explain interest rates, processing fees, loan eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly.
 Query Resolution: Address customer grievances, product doubts, and fee-related questions professionally.


Your skills and experience
 Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance preferred).
 1 to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, banking, financial services, or BPO outbound sales.
 Strong command over regional languages and English (both verbal and written).
 Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer objections.
 Familiarity with CRM tools, LMS, and Excel.
