Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Circular implementation
  • Opinions – Business models
  • Compliance Reviews and Monitoring Programme 
  • Preparation of Process notes 
  • Ensuring compliance IRDAI Regulations
  • Handling various Compliance aspects 
  • Vetting and filing of advertisements as per IRDAI Regulations
  • Resolving queries of various department on Regulatory aspects
  • Filing of Regulatory Returns with the IRDAI
  • Implement requirements under Anti Money Laundering Regulations

INTERACTIONS

Internal Relations:

Interactions with CCO, KMPs, CFO, MD and Key business stakeholders

External Relations:

IRDAI, IIB, FIU and such other bodies 

Educational Qualifications:

CS/LLB

Work Experience:

4-5 years / 6-8 years, depending on the position, of post-qualification experience in insurance industry
