KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Circular implementation
- Opinions – Business models
- Compliance Reviews and Monitoring Programme
- Preparation of Process notes
- Ensuring compliance IRDAI Regulations
- Handling various Compliance aspects
- Vetting and filing of advertisements as per IRDAI Regulations
- Resolving queries of various department on Regulatory aspects
- Filing of Regulatory Returns with the IRDAI
- Implement requirements under Anti Money Laundering Regulations
INTERACTIONS
Internal Relations:
Interactions with CCO, KMPs, CFO, MD and Key business stakeholders
External Relations:
IRDAI, IIB, FIU and such other bodies
Educational Qualifications:
CS/LLB
Work Experience:
4-5 years / 6-8 years, depending on the position, of post-qualification experience in insurance industry
