Superintendent - Quality Control

Roles & Responsibilities

• Incoming material Quality Control RM and PM - Sampling, Testing, verification, supplier development tracking, Reports, and documentation
• Bulk Formulation Testing– Testing of Bulk Formulation for different Active ingredients and other physical and chemical parameters as per specification 
• Instrumentation - Hands on experience of analysis in HPLC/ GC/ KF Titrator, UV Spectrometer and other laboratory equipment’s. Capabilities of Calibration and troubleshooting techniques
• Management of Chemical Standards, Shade Cards and Artwork at Laboratory level
• Management of Product dossier/ Standards/ All Quality Records 
• Maintain Control Sample Collection/ Storage/ Monitoring / Recording as per protocol.
• Compliances to Safety protocols and training to the team
• Familiar with 5S implementation and maintain workplace standards.
• Collection of periodic samples from line as per sampling plan, analysis as per test methods and communicating to operators/ in charges for correction
• Quality improvement projects through QCC/TF for improving product quality 
• Data collection, analysis, awareness on 7QC tools and applications 
• Management product standards at different process levels 

Safety Responsibilities:

Shall be responsible for the Safety requirements of his work area and shall ensure the Safety compliance. Should be conversant with the Safety requirements, Safety Protocols and any specific Safety Related Laws and Regulations applicable to the work area and should have demonstrated the same. 

Qualification: B.Sc./ M.Sc. (Chemistry)

Criteria: All pass with 40% of marks without any standing arrears.

Experience: Fresher or 01–02-year experience

Age limit: In between 25-35 years
