Job Description
Role- Supply Chain Excellence Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Frame service levels and performance management with transporters
- Lead standardization of logistics and warehousing KPIs
- Identify best practices and plan process improvements
- Develop supply chain dashboard and track KPIs
- Implement SC IT automation projects
- Design and deploy demand and supply planning processes
- Lead change management with commercial and operations teams
- Manage transportation network and vendor relationships
- Ensure transit compliance and on-time vehicle placement
- Develop framework for execution excellence in warehousing
- Drive cost savings and innovation
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of post-MBA experience in supply chain (FMCG/FMCD)
- Sound understanding of Indian logistics environment and supply chain IT tools
- Prior experience in leading SC IT projects
