Role Overview
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for driving efficiency, reliability, and scalability across SMOOR’s supply chain operations. •Build and manage long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
•Optimize supply chain costs and improve working capital efficiency.
•Implement and maintain process excellence and performance metrics.
•Ensure timely availability of products across all stores and channels.
•Lead, mentor, and motivate a 30-member team to achieve performance targets.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Finance, and Sales to ensure seamless operations.
•Identify opportunities for automation, digital tracking, and system improvement across the supply chain.
Key Requirements
•MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics
•8–12 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, food, or manufacturing industries.
•Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and logistics.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
•Ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining product quality and cost targets.
