Job Description

Purpose of Job:
The role entails to strategize & manage recruitment process of DST&Branch Manager roles for the zone. The incumbent will oversee team of GEO TA Leads & Zonal Support, develop recruitment strategy for hiring, build relationship with internal & external partners and ensure compliance for the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities: 
This role includes working on various projects with respect to HR and digitization work. 
• Plan and Develop the entire project idea and execute the same till implementation
• Identify and manage Resource requirement throughout the project 
• Monitor the projects progress, set deadline, solve issues, evaluate the project performance
• Manage Talent acquisition for all the products viz – Housing Finance, MSME, Personal Loans, Used Cars, Credit, Operation & Collections. 
• To ensure continuous flow of competent talent across all products 
• This role entails extensive travelling across the zone and branch visits. 
• The role entails to work as per Branch facing schedule. [Only 1st & 2nd Saturday off]

Key Roles /Responsibilities: 
• Ensuring robust utilization of Sourcing channels and reviewing its effectiveness periodically with zonal and Central office team 
• Meet the headcount plan in sync with Business requirements for the respective location
• Cost Management for the zone will be the critical aspect for the role. 
• Ensure to mandate the methods to compete the hiring within the stipulated cost / budgets 
• Evaluate sourcing mix and work towards creating effective source mix for business and adopt appropriate strategy for the Zone 
• Reviewing and providing periodic feedback to the team and driving them towards consistent delivery
• Conducting innovative ways of hiring and completing interviews/ walk-ins drives &more
• Adhere to the TAT for getting candidates on board • Ensure closure of offers, salary negotiations, of the selected candidates and ensure to complete the onboarding process for the said individuals 
• Conducting Exit interviews and share the inputs for effective exit control measures

Essential Experience: 
 Graduation in any form. Post Graduation is added advantage. 
 Overall experience of 5 – 6 years with 3+ years of experience in handling volume hiring. 
 Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices and compliances. 
 Strong skills of stakeholder management & conflict handling and resolving. 
 Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying & presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. 
 Expertise in stakeholder engagement
