We are basically looking for Bcom / BBA/ Mcom graduates with accounts/ finance background with 0-2 years of experience. They would have to undergo a mandatory training of 1 months where they would be provided a travel allowance of 2000. If they perform really well then they would be offered a role will be 2.5- 5 LPA and will depend on your experience and skill set.  2024 Passouts and above are encouraged to apply. 

• Domain: Finance and Accounting 
• Location: Bangalore, Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai
• Disability type: Ortho/Locomotor
• Roles : OTC, P2P, R2R 
• Career level: CL13 and CL12
• CTC: 2.55- 5LPA ( Will vary based on your experience and skillset)
• Three attempts to be given to the candidates for assessments 
• Candidates should have shift flexibility, ok with night shifts
• Ideally  2023 passouts with their provisional degree certificate
• 2024 passouts also can be considered if they have completed graduation, results awaiting cases cannot be considered.
• An original hardcopy of the PAN card updated photo is mandatory
• Assessments to happen in the Accenture office and skills evaluation will happen online.
• Candidates should have good comm, good accounting knowledge, and basic computer skills. 

Job Roles and responsibilities-:

R2R - The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with regulatory requirements. The areas where this team's expertise lies is in posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits.

OTC- The Order to Cash Processing team provides services to clients and organizations by helping them in the areas of optimizing working capital, providing real- time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing.

P2P- In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems. Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. You may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management. You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. You will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders. You will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients. The decisions you make impact your work and may impact the
work of others. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
