Nincy Mariam Mondly is an exceptionally skilled artist, writer and speaker. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is currently doing her final year in MSc Counselling and Family Therapy. Her communication skills has helped her previously work as a programme manager and educator in an edtech company. She also worked in an NGO that served people with disabilities. This is where she conducted art and craft sessions and worked towards holistic development of children with disabilities.
