Short Bio
Diagnosed with Down Syndrome, Riza Reji is an artist and painter. She studied until Grade 2 at Academic International School in Tanzania (2006-2010). She then attended special schools and activity-oriented classes in Tanzania (2010-2014) and participated in Brain Gym activities (2012-2014). Riza continued her education at Beautiful Minds Astitva in Bangalore (2015-2019). She received training in front desk assistance, hospitality, and dance. She has trained with Shiamak Davar Dance Company, Laveena Ashish Dance Company, and Preetesh Tumlu. Riza has also been involved in drama and movement with Art Courtyard Productions and is currently pursuing theatre and movement under Diana Tholoor. She performed in an inclusive stage play, "Excerpts from Arabian Nights," in June 2023. Riza actively participates in theatre workshops and sessions and is engaged in modeling, acting, fashion shows, and theatre.
