A day when Axis Max Life grooved to our artist’s beats | Ever heard music so good that you cannot hold back from dancing? That’s exactly what happened at Axis Max Life during their event, Rhythms of Inclusion. As soon as the Shining Star 5-piece band took the centre stage, the audience was gripped in their chairs. But that didn’t last long. The music grew so infectious that the crowd first started grooving and soon found themselves dancing to the band’s beats. This experience wasn’t limited to the Gurgaon team alone. The event was live-streamed across Axis Max Life offices pan-India, turning everyone into a part of this beautiful, shared celebration. Our artists were extremely happy to have such an engaging experience at Axis Max Life. | A day when faces were turned into caricatures at Aristocrat | Aristocrat’s experiential learning booths in Noida and Gurgaon were already buzzing with excitement when one stall clearly stood out: the live caricature booth by Sandeep Nayak, our talented artist with Locomotor Disability. In less than five minutes, Sandeep turned faces into fun, spot-on caricatures, leaving everyone amazed at how fast (and accurate!) he was. Soon, a small crowd turned into a full-on audience, all waiting to see the next sketch come to life. Sandeep’s painting display also caught attention, and quite a few employees couldn’t resist buying his artwork to brighten up their homes. Talking about the experience, he shared: “The support and encouragement I received at Aristocrat mean a lot to me. Being part of Atypical Advantage makes me proud and keeps me connected to my artistic roots in rural Jharkhand.” | A day when Ather Energy built accessibility through books and slates | As part of corporate volunteering at Ather Energy, we joined hands with Being Jigyaasu across two locations, for some meaningful hands-on activities. In the Braille Storybook Volunteering session, employees added textures, shaped pages, and built stories that spark imagination and touch-based learning. Through Braille Slate & Stylus Volunteering, teams created tactile learning kits that help visually impaired children practice alphabets, numbers, and patterns, enabling them to write independently and feel every character they create. The finished books and learning kits were then gifted to The Deepa Academy for the Blind, where children explored their new storybooks and slates through the world of touch. | Inorbit Mall is celebrating Diversity through music, this Republic Day | | This Republic Day, join us at Inorbit Mall in Navi Mumbai and Vadodara as we celebrate the spirit of India through performances by talented artists with disabilities.
