Nestlé’s Women Leaders co-creates with Neurodiverse Artisans
Nestlé’s Women Leaders spent a day experiencing inclusion in its truest form at Muskaan; a Delhi-based NGO that nurtures and empowers adults with intellectual disabilities. They were welcomed with a gentle tilak and smiles that needed no words. From packing chocolates to learning the delicate art of quilling alongside the artisans, every moment became special. Lunch turned into a joyful celebration when thoughtful surprise gifts appeared at each table. At the Heart Café, conversations flowed easily and by evening, mixed-ability groups came together for activities that weren’t about winning, but about team spirit. The day culminated in a breathtaking collective mandala session led by Sandeep, an artist with disability whose calm, steady guidance brought everyone into perfect harmony. The leaders left with hearts full and what they called “a lifetime memory to cherish” and “a reflection they’ll never forget.”
Launching a Disability ERG at Piramal Finance
We had an incredible day at Piramal Finance delivering a Senior Leader Sensitization session in collaboration with their internal ERG (IMSaksham ERG) and the School of Inclusion, led by Vineet Saraiwala, Foundrer & CEO, Atypical Advantage and Juhi Pandya, Head of Inclusive Hiring, Atypical Advantage. What followed was inclusion with a twist when we turned disability sensitization into a playful challenge by asking the entire leadership team to use a screen reader to order a pizza. The result? Non-stop laughter, a few leaders completely stuck on their own smartphones, and a whole new appreciation for how people with visual impairment navigate the digital world. Students from Piramal’s School of Inclusion set the tone with soulful singing, and the Paralympians from the school left the room inspired as they shared their journeys of grit, discipline, and rising to the top against all odds.
