Sweta is a strong voice who has been advocating for the rights of people with disabilities through blogs and features, documentaries, on-ground awareness campaigns, interactive visual platforms, and stand-up comedy. Her maiden concept show ‘With This Ability’ has won her accolades for consistently addressing and breaking the psychological barriers around disability through comedy and conversation. Her mission is to construct accessibility and initiate inclusion in people's buildings, minds, and lives. Sweta has done 15 corporate shows and over 300 open mics, where she tries out a combination of old and new jokes. She has performed for companies like PWC, State street, Adani, HSBC, Great place to work, Novartis, Amdocs, Miq Digital, and Tata Projects.
