Job Description
Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Location: Ahmedabad / Bengaluru
Work Model: 5 days a week | On-site (Work from Office)
Role Summary: We are looking for a results-oriented Hiring Specialist to manage high-volume hiring across tech, non-tech BPS, and blue-collar roles. The role demands strong process ownership, stakeholder coordination, and data-led execution, with a genuine interest in social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for bulk and time-sensitive mandates
- Execute recruitment across tech, non-tech BPS/BPO, and blue-collar roles
- Manage Pan-India hiring pipelines across multiple locations
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for role fit and readiness
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, NGOs, and training partners
- Maintain accurate candidate databases, trackers, and MIS
- Prepare and share Excel-based hiring and pipeline reports
- Deliver closures within defined timelines and hiring targets
- Support smooth candidate onboarding and handover
Skills & Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in recruitment / hiring with volume mandates
- Hands-on exposure to Pan-India recruitment (added advantage)
- Working knowledge of tech hiring and non-tech BPS/BPO hiring
- Exposure to blue-collar hiring is a strong plus
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel requirements
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Multilingual (Hindi & English required; regional languages preferred)
- Willingness to work from office, 5 days a week
Good to Have:
- Experience in PWD / inclusive hiring would be an added advantage
- Background in staffing firms, high-growth start ups, or social enterprises
