Engagement

 

 

  Develop, manage and track an integrated engagement strategy for USL

  Implement local communication and engagement plan for Exec – to include message development, speeches, annual Team meeting etc

  Provide guidance and support to CR community on the development and delivery of outstanding employee engagement strategies and corporate PR programmes

  Release the communications potential of the USL community to engage our stakeholders by

raising standards of communication

  Manage ‘virtual’ communications team across the region to maintain communication radar and identify communication needs – to include supporting implementation of programmes

Internal Engagement

 

 

  Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement activity within USL including the development of appropriate high quality communications channels and content

  Deliver high quality and engaging communications to support key areas of the USL

performance promise

  Build engagement and communications capabilities across USL

  Draft internal and external leadership communication.

  Generate insights from our values survey and Best Place to Work survey to drive
