Jay was diagnosed with autism at 18 months, but he is not defined by his diagnosis. His hobbies include swimming, cycling, and skating, and he loves spending time with his family, whether at home or travelling to new places. Jay discovered his love for painting in 2019 and has impressed many with his fearless brushstrokes and vibrant use of colours. He won first prize at Splash 2022, an interschool art competition with over 150 participants. Jay showcases his artwork on Instagram and has sold nearly 50 paintings through a combination of exhibitions and online queries by the end of 2022.
