Reshma Valliappan is a visual artist who has schizophrenia. She uses her artwork as a means of therapy, and to raise awareness and fight the stigma surrounding mental illness. Reshma's art primarily consists of mixed media, installations, and performance art. She has exhibited her work in various galleries and exhibitions across India, as well as internationally. Reshma is also the founder of an organization called "Mind Arcs" which uses art and performance to create awareness about mental health issues. She is a strong advocate for mental health awareness and works to promote inclusivity and understanding towards people with mental illnesses.
