This historic batch brings together over 700 officer trainees from the IAS, IFS, IRS and other Group A services. He spoke about disability sensitization, the power of accessible, open-source technologies, and the importance of empathy in governance. The idea was simple: when these officers take charge across India, they can transform lives by making policies and services more inclusive. The response was overwhelming- applause, thoughtful questions, and genuine engagement. Vineet was also honoured to share the stage with Ira Singhal (UPSC Rank 1, 2014) and Padma Shri Javed Ahmad Tak, both inspiring champions of inclusion. For us, it was a truly special moment. To see inclusion being embraced at the highest levels of administration gives hope that India is moving forward; one conversation, one batch, one step at a time. | Hire & Train transformation at Accenture: From interns to future-ready professionals | When Accenture hired 15 interns, it was clear that while talent was abundant, what they needed was a little extra push in corporate readiness and communication to truly thrive. Candidates grew more confident in their communication, more comfortable engaging with seniors, and more prepared to take on the challenges of corporate life. “The training sessions gave me a solid starting point to understand the corporate environment and how it operates. As a fresher, I truly value the opportunity to attend these sessions and put the learnings into action.
