Little Anvi, who underwent open-heart surgery at just 3 months old, could have never imagined that one day she would stand tall, performing before the Government of India. On World Down Syndrome Day (March 21st), we had the immense honor of receiving a special request from the President of India for a performance. And who better to represent excellence and resilience than Anvi, the Rubber Girl of India? With her graceful yoga moves, Anvi mesmerized the audience at Rashtrapati Bhavan, leaving the Hon’ble President Droupadi Murmu and esteemed dignitaries in awe. As her performance concluded, the Bhavan echoed with the loudest cheers and applause — a true celebration of ability, spirit, and the power of breaking barriers. The Turnout at the Allianz Tech Learning Disability Workshop will blow your mind!

We recently conducted a Learning Disability Workshop for Allianz Tech, and what an experience it was! Initially, we thought it might be a quiet virtual session — but we were in for a surprise. 150+ participants joined, not just as spectators but as active contributors. Questions poured in, conversations ignited, and the excitement for neurodiversity was mind blowing. From the planning phase, the leaders were all in — their commitment was visible, setting the tone for an incredibly engaged audience. And it wasn’t just our observation — the feedback said it all! One participant even called it "one of the best sessions of 2025."
