Vineet did his Post Graduation (PGP) from IIM Bangalore (IIMB) & was later responsible for making shopping accessible for millions of Persons with Disability in India with the Future Group. He has cycled 5000+ Km on his tandem bike & strongly believes that generation of compassion is the only way to make the world a better place.

Asmita is a qualified chartered accountant with 8+ years of experience as a finance professional in diverse sectors, including MNCs, SMEs and NGOs. She is highly driven by the social lens and strives to find the right equilibrium between transaction and transformation.

Juhi comes from a background in social sciences with her Masters in Disability Studies from TISS. She also holds a certification from RCI as a Rehabilitation Social Worker. In the past 7+ years of her experience, she has been associated with several Not-For-Profit organizations and currently plays an active role in diversity hiring, counselling, training & education of persons with disabilities. She advocates for child, women and animal rights and strives towards making societies more inclusive in nature.

Sharon is a graduate of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, and is a people person seeking to catalyse impactful connections. Her compassion, kindness and empathy are what connect her to people and are what intrigued her to work in this space. She is driven to help talents on Atypical Advantage find a brighter future.

Laharee has a Master of Social Work from Christ University, Bangalore, and 4+ years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and diversity initiatives. She has keen interest in creating & executing recruitment plans by understanding the specific needs of the organization and designing accurate workplace solutions. She is very passionate about creating inclusive workplaces where every individual can thrive. She likes networking and engaging with people. If not at work, she likes to travel and watch sitcoms.

With a decade of expertise spanning education, content & curriculum, social work, training, mentorship, and team leadership, Saumya believes in cultivating growth and empowerment. She is a life-science post graduate with an added degree in education. She has completed the prestigious Teach For India fellowship which is a 2 year leadership program for social and education enthusiasts. Committed to equity and inclusion, she works to create an environment where all individuals feel valued and empowered to thrive

Manvi is a commerce graduate from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata and has a rich experience with multiple firms. At Atypical Advantage, she believes in embracing individual differences by vouching for social mobility where opportunities for progression are visibly promoted to all. When she isn't binge watching, Manvi loves exploring new places and taking photographs.

Shalini has completed her graduation from St. Xavier's College Kolkata and pursued an MBA in Marketing from IMNU, Ahmedabad. She gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate Consultant (SACoN) post her MBA. Her primary goal is to embrace emerging trends and establish Atypical as a widely recognized brand. By doing so, she aims to empower as many individuals with disabilities as possible, enabling them to lead independent lives. In her free time she enjoys reading and dancing
