Sai Kaustuv Dashgupta, fondly known as the "Wheelchair Warrior of India," has inspired millions with his melodious voice despite having 90% disability, being confined to a wheelchair, and battling a rare brittle bone disease. Sai's musical journey began with the guidance of his mother Dr. Shila. He did certification in classical music and later got trained by Smt. Kumudini Mundkar from Bhindi Bazar Gharana. Honored with the prestigious "Dishari" Best Child Singer Award (1999-2000) in West Bengal, Sai has since composed over 300 melodies and performed alongside legendary Indian artists such as late Manna Dey, Anup Jalota, Late Rashid Khan Shab, Ajay Chakraborty, Anuradha Paudwal ji, K.S. Chithra etc. His music videos have garnered attention from artists like Shreya Ghoshal, Bela Shinde, Iman Chakraborty and A.R. Rahman. National Awardee Sai's music plays a vital role in his motivational sessions, combining melody and mindfulness to foster emotional connection and resilience.
