As a highly skilled and experienced FinTech professional with a track record of success in market research and product development, I am confident in my ability to contribute to the success of your team. In my previous role, I conducted market research and drafted customer surveys to collect feedback on the company's product range in order to deliver functional and quality improvements. This led to a few key product feature changes and helped to increase user engagement. I also proactively met deadlines and communicated insights, documentation, scope, and MIS reports with the team, offering additional support in the way of improving the app. I have a strong ability to work productively in a startup environment and have successfully developed an underwriting model that allows users to take a product-based loan from their mobile devices, minimizing TAT and increasing user satisfaction. In addition, I have conducted intensive market research, identified and prioritized pain points according to market trends, and successfully resolved issues in the development of products.
