Unfortunately, due to a health issue I had to take an early retirement, but I am now eager to get back to work and start my second innings. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in managing large teams and providing exceptional customer service. As a Regional Service Manager at TATA Motors, I oversaw the service operations for multiple locations and ensured that our customers received the highest quality service. I also worked closely with our sales team to identify and resolve customer issues, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and increased sales.
