I’ve worked at world class institutions like Azim Premji Foundation, Stanford University, Oracle, and Japan Bank for International Cooperation. Delivery Excellence • As a Functional Lead in Azim Premji University, I successfully delivered multiple automation projects on time and with high quality. These projects, for instance automation of research funding grants, required sustained coordination between different internal and external stakeholders to design and deploy successfully. • At Stanford University, I supported the delivery of Oracle Financial ERP platform to automate the accounting processes in Stanford University. This led to increased efficiency, clarity and streamlining of Stanford's processes. Market Engagement • The projects at Azim Premji and Stanford University were especially challenging since most of the staff were not initially open to digitization and change. After multiple workshops and training, I was able to successfully build strong relationships across both internal stakeholders and external vendors, gain trust, and win acceptability. • At NCAER, I researched and authored the case studies in the E-Readiness Assessment Report that was submitted to the Government of India that focused on how use of technology can bring economic empowerment. • At Azim Premji University, I am especially proud of introducing the user-friendly communication tool SendinBlue, the first cloud/SaaS tool used in University's operations. SendinBlue is now a permanent fixture in the alumni office for sending newsletters and announcements. • At Stanford, I led in-person training sessions to help employees adopt new tools, and also introduced an online tool to make knowledge accessible instantly and anytime. I coached Stanford interns so they could quickly ramp up to support our work.
