Respected Sir, Madam I am Shrey Saraf, a past student of K C Law College affiliated with Mumbai University before that I did my graduation with a B.Com (Taxation) from Bhopal School of Social Sciences. Currently, I am a working as Tax Consultant and Erstwhile Advocate in a mid-size CA firm where I am handling all direct tax matters ITR filing, Tax Audits, TDS Returns, etc. I have previously interned with Advocate Prashant Mehta (Delhi) wherein I witnessed the proceedings of the High Court, Supreme Court, and Debt Recovery Tribunals, attended Arbitration Meetings, made case notes, and learned the procedural aspect of the Court. Thereafter, I interned under M Sadashiv and Associates (Gurugram) wherein I learned the procedure for registration and overall enrollment for GST. Furthermore, I assisted in resolving queries regarding registration at the All-India GST Helpline Portal. I also assisted my Senior Associate in resolving issues through the mail and worked with the ticketing department, and attended training regarding various updates on GST and related matters regularly. After this, I did my internship under Hari Global legal (Delhi) core indirect tax law firm where I did research related to cases of service tax and learned the procedural aspect of various tax departments and authorities. I am sure working at a prestigious organization will help me further improve my skills.
