Gautam Banerjee suffered from a paralytic attack, due to which his right side of the body was completely paralyzed. However, he recovered from paralysis but his right hand became inactive. In spite of that, he started writing with his left hand. In 2007, he came to Bangalore and completed his studies. He completed his post graduation (PDGM) in finance from AIMA. He has worked as Financial Analyst and Procurement Analyst for more than 4 years in various organizations. He was then admitted to the School of Fine Arts, Dibrugarh under Sarva Bharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad (SSSP), Kolkata, and completed up to 4th Standard.
