Sravani Ramachandran became paraplegic after an accident nearly a decade ago, leaving her paralyzed from the chest down. She has completed an MBA in Human Resources from Christ College and is currently a member of IBM's People Transformation team. In addition to her career, Sravani is an aspiring artist who is passionate about her craft. Since her accident, she has focused primarily on oil paintings and pen work. For the past seven years, she has exhibited her artwork at the annual art exhibition of Karnataka Chitrakala Parishad. She also prints her artwork on calendars and sells them. In October 2019, she was recognized by Ladies Circle as one of "Asia's Women of Substance," alongside 18 other women, primarily for her artistic pursuits. She received a Jury's Special Mention award under the Creative Writing category.
