Sai Kaustuv Dasgupta, a 90% differently-abled Wheelchair Warrior, defies the challenges of Brittle Bone Disease, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, with a radiant smile. A National Awardee, India’s first certified disabled Happiness Coach, Global Motivational Speaker, and TEDx speaker, he's a beacon of hope, overcoming 50+ fractures, and 80% hearing deficiency. He received National Awardee from the President of India for his contributions to accessibility, inclusion, and diversity. Confined to an electric wheelchair 24x7, Sai can only move one finger, yet he achieved international acclaim as a Creative Visual Designer, Global D&I Champion and representing India at the UN to advocate disability inclusion under SDG10. As as 4th Global Icon, he has inspired diverse audiences globally through 1000+ seminars, impacting global leaders, scholars, doctors, students, teachers, the LGBTQ community, and corporate IT professionals in various institutes in various institutes like Microsoft, Accenture, Novartis, Intuit, Marriott Hotels, Jain University, BMS College of Engineering, etc. in different states of India, as well as virtually in various countries. He aims to make India wheelchair-friendly and his advocacy extends globally, earning him numerous records and titles, including those from Guinness and Limca Book. As a Goodwill Ambassador, Sai continues to inspire millions, promoting inclusivity and compassion worldwide.
