The Accessible Platform which also provides Jobs to Persons with Disabilities (PWD)

Published on: 02 Jun, 2021

Atypical Advantage has launched a dedicated portal for recruiters looking to source candidates among persons with disabilities looking for a job. If you are a person with a disability, you don't need to be listed as a talent on our platform to apply for a job. You can browse through the job postings and apply directly if you find a listing appropriate for you.

Aayushee Yadhav and Divya J Jain from our platform got posted for a job as content writers through this initiative and we couldn’t be more elated to see people take one step further in achieving their dreams.

There are already 50+ opportunities from HCL corporation to Eureka Forbes to Max Life Insurance to a senior Legal requirement posted by Inclusive Recruiters. This will help in streamlining the process of finding suitable candidates for Recruiters and also finding good jobs for people with disabilities.

If you are a Inclusive recruiter from an organization, you can click on the Post Jobs option and fill in the details of the vacant position.

  1. 1. You can start by filling in your name along with that of the organization, URL of the website and the email address which will be functional for further correspondence.
  2. 2. Next, mention the job title and description of the job which can include any eligibility criteria, job roles and responsibilities.
  3. 3. In the end, you just have to select the city and state where the job is posted and you are done.

If you are a person with Disability(PWD) go ahead and apply for a job. If you don’t see a job listing that interests you or is suitable for you, you can subscribe to get further job updates and we will send you an email with the details of jobs as and when they are posted on our platform. This will help you stay updated with the new postings on the website.

If you are a Recruiter reading this, kindly come forward and post jobs for persons with Disabilities(PWD) because we need a lot of opportunities in these times.
